Mr. Garcia specializes in tenant/buyer, landlord/seller representations, land sales, and in the placement of equity capital and real estate strategy for institutions, corporations, and family offices.  Mr. Garcia has concluded more than $2.5 billion in sale and lease transactions.

Mr. Garcia is a graduate of the University of Miami, a State Certified General Contractor, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  Mr. Garcia’s commitment to the community and civic affairs is strong and he has served as a director on numerous boards.  He is active in various national and local professional organizations.
