Before TotalCommercial ever became what you see today we started off in 1990 as a well known printed commercial real estate listing publication called “The Property Source Book” a publication that during its peak amassed over 1,000,000 pages printed per month until our founder Richard E Orr sold the publication to a third party and launched TotalCommercial in 2005.
